Belt Re-Certification Program
Crow offers a re-web/exchange policy for Crow driver restraint systems ONLY.
Crow brand driver restraint system:
• Latch & Link or Kam Lock: $50 plus freight & taxes.
• 2" Junior Belts: $45 plus freight & taxes.
• Restraints with existing latch & link type sternum protector add $5.
• Restraints with existing Velcrow sternum add $12.
• To add a new sternum protector (either Velcrow or latch & link) add $30.
• Drag racing restraints covered with flame-retardant material: $75 plus freight & taxes.
• If you currently have harness pads or want to add harness pads add $20.
Please note: NASCAR belts 16.5 are not re-certifiable.

which you can fill out on your computer. Print 2 copies, one to send to us and one for your records. Box up your old restraints with the form and send them to:

If, for some reason, you are unable to fill out the form, please remember to include the following:
• A note with instructions for return shipping.
• Any changes you would like made to your restraints
(color, configurations or hardware, etc.).
• Include a daytime phone number, in case we have questions.
We will call you once your belts are ready, at that time we will request a credit card: Visa, MC or AMEX. You will be billed for the re-certification, CA sales taxes if applicable and UPS shipping charges.
Delivery is normally less than 14 days after receipt, plus UPS delivery time.
